Rowena Prenderville

Rowena is a CIPD qualified HR Consultant, who supports SMEs in all areas of the HR agenda, from set up and compliance to day to day queries and concerns. She works across a variety of sectors including education, agriculture, vehicle management, retail health care and manufacturing.

She has supported both new and established businesses by building solid HR foundations enabling successful business growth and minimising future issues; dealing with redundancy consultations; embedding furlough arrangements; contract reviews to future proof businesses in case of further pandemics; and grievances and investigations dealing with unexpected events.

Rowena has worked in a variety of HR roles in the banking and finance sector over the last 12 years, and also has a broad experience of working in Finance. An ILM certified coach, she has successfully facilitated and run an array of HR training and development sessions to upskill and motivate line managers on all parts of the employee lifecycle.
