Lousha Reynolds

Lousha offers consultancy services on the full complement of employment related issues, tailoring her approach to reflect the ethos and culture of each organisation.

Her passion and focus is conducting workplace investigations. She has also supported numerous organisations with redundancy and restructuring programmes.

Lousha started her career at a top 100 law firm and was an integral member of the employment law team for almost a decade.

She is an accredited workplace mediator and an assessor for both the Welsh Government Corporate Health Standard Award and the Small Workplace Health Award which promotes and celebrates steps taken by employers to enhance the health and wellbeing of their employees.
