Jane is a qualified Reward Specialist with over 35 years’ experience in HR including compensation and benefits for teams in corporate head office environments.

Her expertise is in generalist HR services, employee engagement and capability development. Jane works collaboratively with clients to ensure that in-house teams are fully supported, including coaching and mentoring. She undertakes equal pay and gender pay gap audits, working closely with employment lawyers.
