Jacqui Hughes

Jacqui is a HR specialist with over 35 years experience working in a number of global companies, both within the private and public sector. Jacqui is both people and commercially focused, interacting at various organisational levels from Board / Exec level to operational.

Having a global remit and work experience across Asia, UAE, USA, Europe and the UK, Jacqui is able to design and deliver bespoke talent management, leadership and commercial projects across the world.

Jacqui enjoys working with clients to offer advice and help companies formulate their People & Talent vision and implement their desired strategies by looking at recommendations from both a commercial and innovative perspective.

She is also a ‘Women in Business’ global speaker, as well as recently being part of a team who delivered the first ‘’Women in Investment Management Programme’’ across Latin America with the CFA Institute and CFA Society Brazil.
