Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With over 18 years’ experience in HR, Sarah has extensive experience of working at both an operational and strategic level, working in a diverse range of organisations, from Sainsburys to the NHS.
Sarah is extremely knowledgeable with regard to employment legislation, employee relations, recruitment and retention. Her particular interests are strategic reward, pay and benefits, job evaluation and equal pay. She is also an expert in training and development, organisational design, and is a fully qualified, and very experienced, coach and mentor (ILM and EMCC).
