Cate is an experienced HR practitioner with over 20 years’ experience, gained in a range of HR related disciplines. She graduated with a 2:1 in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex and a MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Cate has experience of working at Board level, as a Director of HR, and of managing multi-disciplinary HR teams working in complex unionised environments. Cate is experienced in all aspects of HR, including policy and process advice, managing change and redundancy, TUPE, managing complex HR cases, job evaluation and improving workforce utilisation.
Cate has expertise in Pay and Reward Management, provides support to clients undertaking complex investigations and restructuring, and is experienced at delivering both HR and core skills training.
