  • legal or regulatory compliance
  • legal or commercial risk management
  • organizational performance and efficiency
  • we will develop your staff’s skills and knowledge to help you achieve one of the following business benefits:

We deliver off the shelf sessions regularly but, in discussion with you, we can also develop and deliver bespoke workshops.

Our areas of specialism

Our learning and development expertise spans four areas of specialism:

Our training programmes are available in one of the following formats:

  • bite-size sessions >

Our bite-size sessions provide an ideal opportunity to develop new skills and refresh existing ones in a special format which keeps time away from the office to a minimum. They are grouped into three categories, and we usually offer four sessions back-to-back on the same date, enabling you to develop a range of skills during an intensive, but fun, day.

  • briefings and refreshers >

Our briefing and refresher events are an ideal opportunity to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in a particular area, and discuss best practice with fellow professionals. Some take place over breakfast, and all are limited to two hours, making them easier to fit in around busy schedules.

  • short courses >

Our short courses are split into half-day, full day or two day blocks. They run at our purpose-built training suite in central Cardiff throughout the year. Our resident chef provides excellent fresh food and refreshments for delegates who are with us all day. All delegates can access free WI-FI throughout the building and use our cafe area to work, allowing them to keep in touch with colleagues.

  • qualifications >

We offer ILM qualifications in leadership & management development and a range of NEBOSH, IOSH and CIEH health and safety qualifications. We can also deliver ILM Recognised Programmes for clients looking for accredited management programmes, but with fewer, or no, assessments.

  • in-house >

In-house sessions can be a really cost-effective solution for groups of around 8 or more, and give you the option to tailor our open course content by incorporating policies and procedures, including additional content or placing greater emphasis on existing content.

All our programmes are available for delivery on an “in-house” basis at our Cardiff or London offices or your premises.

We can also flex the timings to suit you e.g. to accommodate shift workers, or allow delegates some time at their desks, either at the start or the end of the day.

If you’re looking for a title which isn’t listed, we may still be able to help, as our open courses only represent a portion of what we do.

We can also provide bespoke programmes to closely match the programme content and outcomes with the specific needs of your learners or the organisation.

Our trainers

All our trainers are also practising advisors or consultants in their areas of expertise. This enables them to bring both current, and real-life, experience to their sessions, as well as practical insights into the impact of new developments.

We recognise that not everyone is a natural trainer. That’s why our carefully selected team are also either qualified to train, or have extensive training delivery experience. So you can rest assured that all of our sessions also deliver the best possible learning experience for your people.
